Objectives

The EHA exists to ….

• Consider all measures that may be in the best interests of its Members
  and of the Eastbourne visitors.

• Protect the interest of the hospitality industry, particular with regard to legislative measures affecting it.

• Enable the interchange of Members' experiences and suggestions at periodical meetings and social occasions.

• Provide a form to consider personnel, marketing, publicity and other
  relevant areas.

• Ensure a high quality of facilities, service and efficiency amongst
  its Members.

• Provide Members with office support facilities, and information on matters affecting their business.

• Maintain close liaison with Eastbourne Borough Council's Chief
  Executive, Tourism & Community Services and the Department's staff
  to ensure a mutual exchange of ideas.

• Maintain a liaison and, where necessary, an affiliation with
  other Hotels' Associations, Tourism South East and Government Departments,
  using the good offices of the Patron where appropriate.
